Unsecured business finance

The Diverse Finance Company (TDFC) is an independent business finance adviser and commercial finance intermediary.

We specialise in helping new and established businesses raise finance through government supported schemes and grants for the:

Loans are secured through the Small Firms Loan Guarantee scheme by way of government guarantees (up to 75%) with the remaining 25% secured by the bank against business assets. 

Unsecured loans up to £250,000 (subject to qualifying criteria) are available up to a maximum loan term of 10 years, and can be used to contribute towards the purchase price, working capital and business assets for the development of the business.

Most importantly:

• No personal guarantees are required
• No personal assets are used as security

We have developed long-standing relationships with each of the 23 high street banks and specialist lenders that participate in the scheme, enabling us to provide a high success rate and a truly personalised service to our clients.

In addition we can identify and assist in the application process for other EU, government and local authority grants.
