Who are we?

TDFC are a fast growing, independent, business finance advisory and commercial finance intermediary.

What is the opportunity?

To help business owners that require additional finance and/or advice for expansion or working capital, property developers and landlords looking to fund new projects, entrepreneurs/investors purchasing existing businesses and franchises or start ups.

However, many are struggling to obtain the finance they need due to being reliant on usually one single source - the local business bank mgr. If the bank manager rejects an application for finance the business owner is often unaware of the other options that are available.

The business finance market is very different in the USA. The majority (85%) of SME's raise finance via an intermediary compared to only 15% in the UK. The intermediary route by definition provides more options and often better rates and terms.

This backdrop coupled with the increasing disappearance of the local business bank manager (due to cost pressures within the high street banks) mean there is a real opportunity to provide SME's with a better and more tailored service.

Your role

Your objective as a TDFC consultant is simple, to use TDFC's business system to help small and medium sized businesses to raise the finance they need to survive, develop and grow.

The solution will maximise the clients finance raising opportunities and deliver best rates and terms via our revolutionary Lender Bidding System. Our client partnering programmes provide ongoing support for your client and long term revenue opportunities for you.

"How can I help, I don't know anything about business finance?"

Don't worry our business system does most of the work. You will be fully trained to be able to recognise the opportunities for SME's and eventually be able to provide the independent advice that businesses need.

What you will need is the desire to want to help people succeed and be a really good listener.
